Following a two-day jury trial, appellant was found guilty of armed robbery and kidnapping, class 2 felonies, and assault, a class 1 misdemeanor. Appellant was sentenced to concurrent, aggravated prison terms of ten years each on the armed robbery and kidnapping convictions and to a concurrent term of time served (163 days in the Pima County Jail) on the assault conviction. We consolidated review of the trial courts summary denial of relief in two petitions filed pursuant to Rule 32, Rules of Criminal Procedure, 17 A.R.S., with this appeal. We affirm the trial courts rulings.
