Criminal Law ? Instructions not conflicting. Instructions as to criminal liability where one died of wounds without medical care and neglect in giving proper medical attention not conflicting. 3. Homicide ? Evidence sustained conviction. Evidence sustained conviction of murder in the first degree. 4. Criminal Law ? Effect of accomplices testimony. Accomplices testimony standing alone is entitled to little credence. 5. Criminal Law ? Corroboration of testimony of accomplice. Where accomplices testimony was corroborated by other independent evidence, jury was justified in believing any part of the accomplices testimony since independent evidence is sufficient if it tends to connect defendant with the commission of the crime. 6. Criminal Law ? Corroboration question for jury. Whether independent evidence tends to connect defendant with the commission of the crime so as to corroborate accomplices testimony is a question of law, but the efficacy of the independent evidence to fortify the accomplices testimony is for the jury. 7.
